Weather conditions
2015 had very distinct seasons. A mild spring followed a cold and damp winter. Flowering took place in conducive conditions, as June was hot and dry. July, another summery month, enabled an early halt to the vine’s growth. Storms in August and early September stopped the vines reaching a deadlock and kept this vintage from becoming too sunny. Harvesting began in mid-September and took place in good conditions.

Tasting notes
A deep purple colour. Beautiful aromatic intensity on the fresh, precise, pure and complex nose which leads us through fruit (blackberry and blueberry) to peppermint. Mild tobacco, undergrowth and liquorice also make up part of this wine’s aromatic landscape, all of which is wrapped up in very refreshing marine notes. On the palate, the wine is soft and smooth in the attack, reinforced by a full, highly textured, velvety structure. A lingering and fresh finish. A juicy, creamy, precise and refined wine.
