Weather conditions
2015 had very distinct seasons. A mild spring followed a cold and damp winter. Flowering took place in conducive conditions, as June was hot and dry. July, another summery month, enabled an early halt to the vine’s growth. Storms in August and early September stopped the vines reaching a deadlock and kept this vintage from becoming too sunny. Harvesting began in mid-September and took place in good conditions.

Tasting notes
The wine is a lovely garnet colour. Elegant on the nose with a certain complexity, in particular boasting crystallised Morello cherry and soft spice notes. It is supple, rich and fruity in the attack. The wine develops well-integrated tannins, a touch of velvet on the palate, and beautiful freshness. The black fruit returns in beautiful form in the finish, with a delicate toasted touch. A harmonious, wonderfully balanced wine.
